Role map for your tenant
| Role | Use it for | Typical access |

| Admin | Your owner or system lead | Tenant settings, users, billing, and all operational data |
| Office | Your office staff | Customers, work orders, invoices, reports, scheduling |
| Service Manager | Your operations lead | Dispatch, schedules, job oversight, and team coordination |
| Inspector / Tech | Your field staff | Assigned work, asset details, notes, photos, and inspections |
Add users to your tenant
- Open Settings → Users & Roles.
- Choose Invite User.
- Enter the person’s name and login email.
- Select the role that matches their real job duties.
- Send the invitation and have them complete first login.
Permission habits
- Use Admin accounts sparingly.
- Keep invoices, purchasing, and tenant settings limited to the users who need them.
- Give field users access to the work, assets, notes, photos, and inspections they need to complete jobs.
- Do not share logins. One person should have one account.
Review access regularly
Review your users whenever someone changes job duties or leaves your company. Disable old accounts quickly so your tenant stays protected.
