Before you start
Your tenant admin should give each person their own login. Do not share one account across multiple people. Separate logins keep notes, photos, approvals, and work history tied to the right user.
Your tenant URL
Bookmark your Bandit Office web address so everyone opens the same workspace.
Your login email
Use the invite email your admin sent you, or ask your admin to resend it.
Your device
Use a modern browser and allow camera access when field photos are needed.
Install on desktop or laptop
- Open your Bandit Office tenant URL in Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox.
- Sign in with your own user account.
- Bookmark the page in your browser.
- If your browser shows an Install or app icon in the address bar, choose it to add Bandit Office as a desktop app.
- Pin the shortcut to your taskbar or dock for fast daily access.
Install on phone or tablet
- Open your tenant URL in the mobile browser.
- Sign in and confirm you are in the correct company workspace.
- On iPhone or iPad, tap Share → Add to Home Screen.
- On Android, open the browser menu and choose Add to Home screen or Install app if shown.
- Open Bandit Office from the new home-screen icon and confirm the login works.
Allow device permissions
- Allow camera/photo access for inspection photos, asset images, and work order documentation.
- Allow notifications only if your tenant uses browser notifications for assignments or reminders.
- Keep the browser updated so camera, file upload, and security features work properly.
If something does not open
Check the tenant URL, confirm the user invite is active, try a private browser window, then ask your tenant admin to reset the user invite or password.
