Help shape
Bandit Office.
Bandit Office is an inspection-first field service platform for equipment companies that need cleaner inspections, deficiency tracking, work orders, QR-driven asset access, and professional customer-facing reports.
Smart inspections
Build, perform, review, and export inspection packets that look presentable to customers.
Deficiency tracking
Turn failed, recommended, and corrective-action items into follow-up work instead of static paperwork.
Asset-first workflow
Use assets, locations, inspection history, report numbers, and QR scans as the center of the service record.
Field-ready reports
Help refine the dashboard, inspection views, exports, and the customer-facing report packet experience.
Who should apply
We’re looking for real-world feedback from teams that actually manage inspections, service work, or compliance-heavy equipment records.
Equipment service companies
Shops and contractors that manage inspections, recurring service, field documentation, and follow-up repairs.
Inspection-driven teams
Businesses that need stronger pass/fail workflows, deficiency tracking, photos, QR access, and cleaner exports.
People willing to give feedback
The beta works best for users who will report friction points, workflow gaps, and what would make the app more useful day to day.
What you get as a beta tester
How is this made more spam-resistant?
The email address is not printed as plain text on the beta form page, robots are told not to index the page, the address is assembled in JavaScript only when needed, and the form includes a honeypot plus a timing check before it will open the email draft.
Does this submit to a server?
No. This version is static and privacy-friendly. It opens a prefilled email draft in the visitor’s mail app. That avoids exposing a live form endpoint without server-side protections.
Can this be wired to a real secure backend later?
Yes. The layout is ready to be connected to a server-side form handler with CSRF protection, rate limiting, bot checks, logging, and email sending when you want to move beyond the static beta page.
